Long-time Pellegrino Jeep customer—I always get excellent service, and I purchase the Jeep Wave maintenance package which is cost effective in my opinion. Which covers the oil change, fluids and tire rotation. However, after reading the one review about someone not getting their windshield wiper fluid filled I checked mine and it doesn’t seem to have been topped off. I will have to inquire on my next service to make sure it gets done.

Oil was changed but they did not fill my windshield washer fluid. Usually they do that. So it makes me think what else are they missing they are suppose to be doing?

Always great service, and always helpful and friendly employees. They could have fleeced me for a new tire, but they plugged it from the inside for a LOT less than a "tire place" would have done. We bought our Jeep at Pellegrino (shoutout to Harris and Anthony!) and we'll continue to get it serviced there!

Wait time for an appointment was approximately 5 days. The steering damper (Jeep Gladiator) was replaced. All of the customer-facing staff were courteous and professional.

As long time Jeep owners we have used Pellegrino for our last 6 purchases. The dealership has always seemed more low key and friendly than other dealerships. As we have been using them for years, One thing that always struck me is their low / no salesperson turnover.
