The entire buying process was so easy. Rich was very helpful and informative. He took time with us as we made our final decision. Anthony was great as well, very polite and kind. Pelligrino was never pushy and a pleasure to work with.

I have always had good experiences with this dealership over the years. I have purchased a variety of Jeep vehicles and have been pleased with each of them and the service provided. The problem that this Compass encountered seemed complicated. I was given explanations each day. Also I was provided with a vehicle to use while the problem was solved. The car is running well!

One of the best dealerships I’ve been to. I purchased my vehicle and have it serviced here. I pass at least 2 other Chrysler dealerships on my way to this one because of their excellent service.
Scheduling an appointment was quick, and dropping off my car the night before was convenient. However, I only needed an oil change and so I requested my car be ready by 3 PM. I arrived at 4:30 PM to find my car was still being worked on. This was surprising as the tech called me at 7:15 AM to double check what needed to be done.
This is our 3rd car purchase from Pellegrino and I have to say that my husband and I have had an excellent experience with Pellegrino and Harris. We would recommend Pellegrino to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

Trying to rook customers for thousands over fair market value for a used car with sales staff who attempt to waste your time reading you into the dealership for price negotiations only to find out from Vince that there are NO negotiations on his prices…..right know what the left one is doing there or what?! Seemed insulted given tone of his voicemail which I’ll gladly play back to his boss 😎. I arrived a bit early and Jim took my car right into the shop. I was having the hood support replaced and within 15 minutes Jim told me my car was ready!
