I have been using your service department for many years and she makes me dread calling to set up service. The service department itself was patient, thoughtful and reassuring. This is my 3rd Jeep through them from trade in, to lease, and now this one I want to keep for good especially because it's manual drive and manufacturing does not make them as much anymore. No one called me to tell me that my JEEP was done and then when I went to pick it up, there was a woman working at the cashiers counter. She was very short and seemed annoyed for no reason. Quite frankly, I was very surprised to be treated this way being a good customer of the dealership.

My inside drivers side door and dash board had white particles all over it, which was not there prior to my service. Also, one of the workers rolled her eyes when I did not want the suggested service. Not very professional.

Jeep was suppose to be done Friday, called service rep at 4, said it wasn’t ready yet but he would call me by close and let me know, never received a call. I called today at 3:30 for an update Jeep was ready Friday so it sat there all weekend. If i did t call today, NO ONE was going to call to let me know it was ready to be picked up, Complete waste of time, HORRIBLE customer service.

Brought the car in on Monday,which I had an appointment,,,, I was called Thursday afternoon to come get it,picked it up Friday,,,,,All that was wrong was my batteries had to be charged. I was very happy with the price of service and the pickup.Overall i’m happy with everything.
