Wait time for an appointment was approximately 5 days. The steering damper (Jeep Gladiator) was replaced. All of the customer-facing staff were courteous and professional.

I had another great experience getting a Jeep from Pellegrino. It was a quick and easy process and I was able to get the exact model and color I wanted. My only complaint is that the dealership closes at 7pm, which was inconvenient for being able to come in after work.

As long time Jeep owners we have used Pellegrino for our last 6 purchases. The dealership has always seemed more low key and friendly than other dealerships. As we have been using them for years, One thing that always struck me is their low / no salesperson turnover. My jeep was in for service to replace sensors, etc. I received my vehicle back flooded in the front passenger side under the carpeting resulting in mildew and mold. I take pride in jeep ownership and take care of my things. To receive it back in such a manner I am simply appalled at the service and lack of compassion from the dealership.

I stopped by on 3/11 in the afternoon to order a part for my Wrangler and was told it would take a few days ( no big deal.) I got a call the next morning before 9am saying my part was in. The pricing and customer service were outstanding and they will be my next stop for parts and when in the market for an new Jeep. When I was there I did a quick walk of the lot and they had a nice selection, much prefer the smaller dealer vibe than the megastores that don't care about customers.

All of a sudden my car was leaking coolant. I called the Service department and Jen had me in to determine what was wrong. Turns out I needed a new water pump. My service advisor said they could do it while I waited. Before long the repairs were complete and I was on my way. A case study in excellent service.
